Terms of Use

1. The service

Zigio Maps shows real-estate listings collected from public sources on a map, with search, analysis and an assistant. We are not a broker and not a party to any deal.

Listings, prices and locations come from third parties and may be wrong or out of date. Verify every detail with the advertiser.

2. The assistant

Assistant answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in accounts. You can delete your account at any time.

4. Plans and payments

Premium (₪29/month) and Business (₪299/month) renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by PayPlus.

Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal.

Cancellation rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, apply where relevant. [For counsel: refund policy.]

Price changes apply only to future renewals, after advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, bypass quotas or security, or use the service unlawfully.

Programmatic access is allowed only through the Business API within its quota (10,000 requests per key per day). Keep your keys secret.

6. Intellectual property

The interface, code and analyses belong to Zigio. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Listing content belongs to the advertisers.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zigio is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. [For counsel review.]

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. For paid plans we act according to the law regarding refunds.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. [Owner to confirm: exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.]
